Hi DeliciousKoala34 , is there also an exceptionally large amount of files in that Dataset? How do you create the dataset? What happens if you use something like s3 if you have available?
ScrawnyLion96 , Hey 🙂
Can you provide a screenshot?
IcyJellyfish61 , I don't think so, no
I would suggest googling that error
Hi @<1523704157695905792:profile|VivaciousBadger56> , can you provide some screenshots of what you're seeing?
In the web UI you can click the settings icon at the top right -> settings. At that screen the version should be shown at the bottom right
BTW - did the agent print out anything? Which version of clearml-agent are you using?
Is it the services docker that comes with the docker compose or did you run your own agent?
I was referring to the SDK python package (ClearML) and ClearML-Agent
Hi @<1562610703553007616:profile|CloudyCat50> , can you provide some code examples?
Hi @<1774245260931633152:profile|GloriousGoldfish63> , this feature is waiting enablement on clearml-serving side and will be supported in the next release
No way to do that currently, you need to create an automation to remove everything
You can also just delete the installed packages section from the webUI and it will force it to use the requirements.txt
JuicyFox94 , can you please assist? 🙂
Cool, thanks for the info! I'll try to play with it as well 🙂
Hi @<1679299596997627904:profile|OddOstrich66> , can you please add the full log? Also some code snippet would be helpful 🙂
DeterminedOwl36 , what version of ClearML are you using? Also, does it happen if you run the script standalone and not through jupyter notebook?
Hi @<1523701083040387072:profile|UnevenDolphin73> , all the scalars plots etc are saved on Elastic
Hi @<1594863230964994048:profile|DangerousBee35> , this is pretty much it. I think the default one suggested is a good one
Hi @<1523701260895653888:profile|QuaintJellyfish58> , where are the images stored?
If you remove any reference of ClearML from the code on that machine, does it still hang?
Also, you need to restart the agent between changes in the config
I'm afraid that would be the best method. You could probably hack something into clearml sdk yourself since it's open source
How did you create the dataset originally, can you share a snippet that reproduces this?
Hi @<1867378888519192576:profile|SkinnyHare71> , ClearML holds links to the data, so you would need to change/redirect those links to the new server. My guess is that you would need some script that would change the links to the new server address
Please also don't spam the main channel. Keep same topic messages in same thread.
Hi @<1556812486840160256:profile|SuccessfulRaven86> , can you please add an example configuration that reproduces this?
And the pipeline runs with agents or locally?
Hi LethalCentipede31 , I don't think there is an out of the box solution for this but saving them as debug samples sounds like a good idea. You can simply report them as debug samples and that should also work 🙂
