0 Hey, I Have A Question Regarding Pipelines. Let'S Say I Have 2 Scripts: Train.Py And Evaluate.Py. Each Of Them Creates A Task Using Task.Init And Logs Some Information. These Scripts Are Run Independently (In My Case They Are Run By Dvc). I Would Like Bot

Pseudo-ish code:
create pipelinepipeline = Task.create(..., task_type="controller") pipeline.mark_started() print(pipeline.id)2. launch step A (pass arguments via command line argument / os environment)
` task = Task.init(...)
pipeline_id = os.environ['MY_MAIN_PIPELINE']
pipeline_task = Task.get_task(task_id=pipeline_id)

send some metrics / reports etc.

pipeline_task.get_logger().report_scalar(...)
pipeline_task.get_logger().report_text(...) `wdyt? (obvioudly you need to somehow pass th...

0 Hi All! I Have A Question About Pipelines. My Pipeline Consists Of Several Steps:

"sub nodes" inside pipeline, in my opinion, makes them much more useful, in sense that all the steps are visible.

Yeah I really like this idea... continuing this thread, would it also make sense to have a Task object per "sub-node" and run the sub-nodes as subprocess of the parent Node? I'm thinking this sounds like a combination of both local pipeline execution and remote pipeline execution.
wdyt?

0 Hey.

Was trying to figure out how the method knows that the docker image ID belongs to ECR. Do you have any insight into that?

Basically you should have the docker service login before running the agent, then the agent uses docker to run the image from the ECR.
Make sense ?

Hi ScaryLeopard77
You can probably do:
Task.init(...,continue_last_task='task_id_here')This will continue a previously executed Task and log both steps in the same place.
Does that help?
BTW: you can also of course manually report to any Task as it is still running with:
aux_task = Task.get_task(task_id_here) aux_task.get_logger().report_scalar(...)

What do you have on the Task itself? is this the correct script ?
Any chance you can send a full log ? (you can DM it if it helps)

0 When We Run A Task On Gpu, We Can Access Gpu Monitoring. But Can We Access It From Code? Usecase Is: When We See That There Is Enough Resources For Some Task, We Schedule It

Hi @<1523701240951738368:profile|RoundMosquito25>
Sure you can 🙂

task = Task.get_task("task_id_here")
metrics = task.get_last_scalar_metrics()
print(metrics[":monitor:gpu"])

0 Hello! I'M Running Clearml-Server On Kubernetes, And It Seems My Models Are Not Really Saved. I See That Doing Task.Init(Output_Uri=True) Should Send Models To Fileserver. The Models Are Visible In The Ui But The Download Button Is Greyed Out And When I D

and if you add --skip-task-init ?
I think what happens is that the clearml-Task, adds a Task.init call without the output_uri that is called before "your" Task.init, and this is what causes it to be ignored. Could that be the case?

0 Hi All, There Is A Way To Get From A Task-Object The Experiment Source Code? In Other Words, Assume I Have Access To A Specific Trains Server And Want To Store From A Particular Task The Experiment Source Code In A Temp File. There Is A Convenient Way To

SpotlessFish46
yes you can access the entire code in the incomitted changes, you can test it with:task = Task.get_task(task_id='aabb') task_dict = task.export_task()2. correct, but then if you need the entire code base you need to clone the arepo and apply the uncommitted changes. Basically trains-agent does that when execute with build
trains-agent build --id aabb --target ~/my_task_env3. See (2)

0 Hi I Have A Most Probably A Beginer Question Abour Loading The Data In Pycharm And Later On In Google Colab From An Dataset From Clearml. I Used From Page:

@<1651395720067944448:profile|GiddyHedgehong81> just to be clear, Dataset.get_local_copy returns a path to your files,
You have to Manually add the additional path to the specific files you need to use. It does Not know that in advance.
That was the initial issue you had, and I assume it is the same one here. does that make sense ?

0 Hello Everyone. After Restart Self-Hosted Clearml Server The Data From Tabs Plots, Console And Scalars Are Gone Away For Every My Previous Experiment. But In Folders

Hi @<1533982060639686656:profile|AdorableSeaurchin58>
Notice the scalars and console are stored on the elasticsearch DB, this is usually under
/opt/clearml/data/elastic_7

0 Hello Everone, I Have Hosted Clearml Server And Trained A Yolov8 Model To Test My Installations. The Model Was Trained Successfully And I Tried To Optimize The Hyderparameters By Using The Sample Code From Clearml But Im Getting Some Error In Doing So An

the parameter datatypes are not being changed when loading them up.

These are the auto logged parameters , inside YOLO, correct?
Just to make sure, you can actually see the value None in the UI, is that correct? (if everything works as expected, you should see empty string there)

btw, I looked deeper into the log:

  File "/tmp/tmpfa8ifmka.py", line 80, in <module>
    model.train(data='coco128.yaml',epochs=20)

I'm assuming this all starts here, I think that the pipeline is Not running the code from the same folder, and you are just missing the 'coco128.yaml' try to pass a full path, wdyt?

Notice that you called "start_locally", it tries to run the code locally inside your jupter notebook, it assumes everything including code already exists, is that your case ?

0 Hey, I'M Running A Pipeline, And 1 Stage Passed - But The Next One Failed. I Fixed The Bug For The Second One - Is There Any Way To Retry The Pipeline From The Failure?

Hi CleanPigeon16
Yes there is, when you are cloning the pipeline in the UI, go to the Configuration/Pipeline/continue_pipeline and change it to True

0 Is There A Nicer Way To Program The Color For Report_Scalar? By Default It Use A Color Scheme That Is Very Hard To Compare When I Have Multiple Lines. I Can Change It Manually But I Do Not Want To Repeat It For Every Experiment.

Hi EnviousStarfish54
Color coding on the entire UI is stored per user (I think that on your local cookies, but I might be wrong). Anyhow any title/series combination will have the select color regardless of the project.
This way you can configure once that loss is red and accuracy is green, etc.

0 Hi, There! After Running A Task In Clearml, How Can I Use The Api To Get The Best Performing Output Model For That Task? I Came Across This

Hi @<1614069770586427392:profile|FlutteringFrog26>
So since you have the Task id. you do:

task = Task.get_task("task id here")

Then to get the models

models = task.models["output]

the models is a list And a dict, if you want the lats one you do last_model = models[-1] if you know the best model name you do model = models["best model"] (notice the model name is the exact one you see in the UI. Once you have the model object you can get a copy with `model.get_lo...

0 Port Remapping Of The Webserver Is Not Supported (Documentation Only Mentions

Hi DefeatedCrab47
You should be able to change the Web server port , but API port (8008) cannot be changed. If you can login to the web app and create a project it means everything is okay. Notice that when you configure trains ( trains-init ) the port numbers are correct 🙂

0 Hi I'M Using Latest Versions And Experiencing A Bug. I Created A Controller In A New Project. Just After That I Clone A Task And Give It The New Project Name To Clone Into. It Fails To Create The Task: Code:

Notice the error code:
Action failed <400/401: tasks.create/v1.0 (Invalid project id: id=first_attempt)>If that is the case, The project ID is incorrect (project id is not the project name)
