Hi @<1585078763312386048:profile|ArrogantButterfly10>
Now i want to clone the pipeline and change the hyperparameters of train task, is it possible? If so, how??
the pipeline arguments are for the pipeline DAG/logic, you need to pass one of the arguments as an argument for the training step/task. Make sense ?
This is cleaml python client, no need to change the server
I assume the account name and key refers to the storage account credentials that you can from Azure Storage Explorer?
correct
Q. Would someone mind outlining what the steps are to configuring the default storage locations, such that any artefacts or data which are pushed to the server are stored by default on the Azure Blob Store?
Hi VivaciousPenguin66
See my reply here on configuring the default output uri on the agent: https://clearml.slack.com/archives/CTK20V944/p1621603564139700?thread_ts=1621600028.135500&cid=CTK20V944

Hi ShallowArcticwolf27
Does the
clearml-task
cli command currently support remote repositories with that are intended to be used with ssh
It does 🙂
but the
git@
prefix used for gitlab's ssh it seems to default to looking for the repository locally
git@ is always the prefix for SSH repositories (it does not actually mean it uses it, it's what git will return when asked on the origin of the repository. The agent knows (if SSH credentials ...
It talks about referencing an issue.
Yes please, just better visibility 🙏
I looked at your task log on the github issue. It seems the main issue is that your notebook is Not stored as python code. Are you running it on jupyter notebook or is it ipython that you are runnig it on? Is this reproducible? If so what's the jupyter version, python and OS versions?
Hi MelancholyElk85
Can I manually delete
.zip
files with datasets in
.clearml/cache/storage_manager/datasets
directory?
Yes, you can. I "think" the .zip is stored for easier access, but you can delete it, as long as the "extracted" folder exists, it should be fine.
Hi @<1603198134261911552:profile|ColossalReindeer77>
Hello! does anyone know how to do
HPO
when your parameters are in a
Hydra
Basically hydra parameters are overridden with "Hydra/param"
(this is equivalent to the "override" option of hydra in CLI)
FrustratingWalrus87 Unfortunately TB's TSNE is not automatically captured by ClearML (Scalars, histograms etc. are)
That said, matplotlib will be automatically captured do you can run your own PCA/tSNE and use matplotlib to visualize (ClearML will capture it).
The same applies for plotly.
What do you think?
OmegaConf
is the configuration, the overrides are in the Hyperparameters "Hydra" section
None
could you remove it and test ?
(I think it is the empty config file)
Can you clone the git with the .ssh credentials on the host machine ?
If so, can you do the same manually inside a docker (i.e. spin a docker with mount -v /home/hostuser/.ssh:/root/.ssh) ?
Glad to hear!
(yeah @<1603198134261911552:profile|ColossalReindeer77> I'm with you the override is not intuitive, I'll pass the info to the technical writers, hopefully they can find a way to make it easier to understand)
Yes (Mine isn't and it is working 🙂 )
Hi @<1546303293918023680:profile|MiniatureRobin9>
Im not sure to understand the difference between a worker and an agent.
hmm we should probably make that clearer 🙂
agent = the clearml-agent instance running on the machine
worker is the system term representing the instance of the agent
You can have one machine with multiple agents (i.e. multiple workers) running on it.
Does that make sense ?
You mean one machine with multiple clearml-agents ?
(worker is a unique ID of an agent, so you cannot have two agents with the exact same worker name)
Or do you mean two agents pulling from the same queue ? (that is supported)
DeliciousSeal67
are we talking about the agent failing to install the package ?
In the "installed packages" section you should have "nvidia-dali-cuda110" In the agent's clearml.conf you should add:extra_index_url: ["
", ]
https://github.com/allegroai/clearml-agent/blob/master/docs/clearml.conf#L78
Should solve the issue
Hi AttractiveWoodpecker16
I think is the correct channel for that question.
(any chance you can move your thread there?)
Specifically just email billing@clear.ml they will cancel (no need to worry about the beginning of the month, just explain and they will not charge over Nov)
EDIT: I know they are working on making it a one click in the UI, main limit is what happens with the data that was stored and was above the free tier threshold, anyhow I think next version will sort that as well.
When using the UI with regex to search for experiments, due to the greedy nature of the search, it consistently pops up the "ERROR Fetch Experiments failed" window when starting to use groups in regex (that is, parentheses of any kind).
hmm that is a good point (i.e. only on enter it would actually search)
Could it be updated so that if an invalid regex pattern is given, it simply highlights the search bar in red (or similar) rather than stop us while writing the search pattern?
...
That is a good point, when the UI returns a pop error, you have all the info, on "toaster" messages, I guess it does not?!
As long as it does not make the toaster message too large, seems like a good idea to add
Hover near the edge of the plot, the you should get a "bar" you can click on to resize
