shouldn't checkpoints be uploaded immediately, that's the purpose of checkpointing isn't it?

0 Hi Guys, Needed A Bit Of Clarification. Every 15 Minutes, The Scheduler Prints, "Syncing Scheduler, Sleeping For 15 Minutes Until Next Sync". Can You Guide Me As To It Is Syncing With What?

Alright. Can you guide me on how to edit the task configuration object? Is it done via the UI or programatically? Is there a config file and can it work with any config file I create or is it a specific config file? Sorry for the barrage of questions.

0 I Wanted To Ask, I'M Versioning My Data Using Clearml Data. And I'Ll Have A Training Task With Clearml Task. My Question Is, Does Clearml Keep Track Of The Data Versions Fetched From Clearml Data? Basically I Want To See How Much Of Tracking And Informati

Let me try to be a bit more clear.

If I have a training task in which I'm getting multiple ClearML Datasets from multiple ClearML IDs. I get local copies, train the model, save the model, and delete the local copy in that script.

Does ClearML keep track of which data versions were gotten and used from ClearML Data?

0 When It Comes To Continuous Training, I Wanted To Know How You Train Or Would Train If You Have Annotated Data Incoming? Do You Train Completely Online Where You Train As Soon As You Have A Training Example Available? Do You Instead Train When You Have A

AgitatedDove14 Sorry for pinging you on this old thread. I had an additional query. If you've worked on a process similar to the one mentioned above, how do you set the learning rate? And what was the learning strategy? ADAM? RMSProp?

0 Is There A Quicker Way To Abort All Running Experiments In A Project? I Have Over A Thousand Running Anonymous Data Tasks In A Specific Project And I Want To Abort Them Before Debugging Them.

As of yet, I can only select ones that are visible and to select more, i'll have to click on view more, which gets extremely slow.

0 I'M On The Machine With Clearml Server Hosted. Is There Any Way To See Datasets Uploaded To Clearml Data Without Downloading Them Using Clearml Data?

Also, do I have to manually keep track of dataset versions in a separate database? Or am I provided that as well in ClearML?

0 Should Dataset Triggers Also Be Activated If There Is No Trigger Condition Except Dataset_Project And A New Task Starts In That Project? Is This Expected Behavior?

I just assumed it should only be triggered by dataset related things but after a lot of experimenting i realized its also triggered by tasks, if the only condition passed is dataset_project and no other specific trigger condition like on publish or on tags are added.

0 Is There A Quicker Way To Abort All Running Experiments In A Project? I Have Over A Thousand Running Anonymous Data Tasks In A Specific Project And I Want To Abort Them Before Debugging Them.

In the case of api call,

given that i have id of the task I want to stop, I would make a post request to [CLEARML_SERVER_URL]:8080/tasks.stop

with the request body set up like the one mentioned in the api?

0 Hi Everyone, Is It Possible To Not Create A Copy Of A Dataset When Adding To Clearml? My Data Is Already In A Directory On The Clearml-Server Machine And I Do Not Want To Copy It, Just Add It To Clearml As Dataset.

I understand your problem. I think you normally can specify where you want the data to be stored in a conf file somewhere. people here can better guide you. However in my experience, it kinda uploads the data and stores it in its own format.

0 How Do I Get Args Like Epochs To Show Up In The Ui Configuration Panel Under Hyperparameters? I Want To Be Able To Change Number Of Epochs And Learning Rate From Within The Ui.

I'm using clear-ml agent right now. I just upload the task inside a project. I've used arg parse as well however as of yet, I have not been able find writable hyperparameters in the UI. Is there any tutorial video you can recommend that deals with this or something? I was following https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y5tPfUm9Ghg&t=1100s this one on youtube but I can't seem to recreate his steps as he sifts through his code.

0 I Wanted To Ask, How To Run Pipeline Steps Conditionally? E.G If Step Returns A Specific Value, Exit The Pipeline Or Run Another Step Instead Of The Sequential Step

I did what you said, and got the pipeline DAG and then the executed of the step to use as ID. Thank you it worked fine.

0 I Have No Prior Devops Experience. I'Ve Been Able To Set Up A Simple Continuous Training Setup Using Clearml. I Wanted To Ask What Should I Learn Which Would Help Me Move A Project From Mlops Level 0 To Level 1, And Then Level 2, Using Clear Ml. I Would A

Honestly anything. I tried looking up on youtube but There's very little material there, especially which is up to date. It's understandable given that ClearML is still in beta. I can look at courses / docs. I just want to be pointed in the right direction as to what I should look up and study

0 Once I Set Up A Clear Ml Server On A Machine. I Understand I Need An Agent Listening On A Queue To Run Code. Do I Absolutely Have To Have An Agent And The Gpu On The Same Machine As The Server? Also Do The Gpu And Agent Have To Be On The Same Machine?

Just to be absolutely clear.

Agent Listening on Machine A with GPU listening to Queue X.

Task enqueued onto queue X from Machine B with no GPU.

Task runs on Machine A and experiment gets published to server?

0 I'Ve Been Using Add_Function_Step In The Pipeline Controller As Of Yet. Now I Wish To Use Add_Step For One Of The Steps And Pass In A Task Id. Only Problem Is, For Some Of The Argparse Parameters, I Want To Modify The Values In The New Task. Can You Guys

Sorry for the late reply. The situation is that when I ran the task initially, it took arguments in using ArgParse. It took in a lot of arguments. Now my understanding is that add_step() clones that task. I want that to happen but I would like to be able to modify some of the values of the args, e.g epochs or some other argument.
