Hey, this might not be an issue related to ClearML itself but to the server it's hosted on but I'm not sure, would be happy to get assistance.
When navigating to results->plots, I get the 'Failed to get Plot Charts' and the browser console shows there's a connection issue with it being reset. This happens only with the API call events.get_task_plots , and not all the time, but we're not able to get more information about the error in order to resolve it. I did notice the size of the data downloaded when the events.get_task_plots succeeds is significant - sometimes near 100MB

Any directions to resolve this would be appreciated

Thanks SuccessfulKoala55 - they are big, sometimes the whole plots API call can return close to 100MB

Also, it might be worthwhile to check the apiserver and ES logs on the server - use:
sudo docker logs clearml-apiserver sudo docker logs clearml-elastic

Hi ShortCoral15 , this does sound like an issue related to a very large download - how big are your plots?
