I currently have the following error which I think may be cause by a package only being available via conda :ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement blas==1.0 (from -r /tmp/cached-reqsng1lnxtz.txt (line 70)) (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for blas==1.0 (from -r /tmp/cached-reqsng1lnxtz.txt (line 70))

agent.package_manager.type will select for the agent weather it should use conda or pip to do the installation. Basically if you develop on conda you should select conda.
The agent will first try to install packages using conda, then it will collect the missing packages and install them into the save environment only using pip.
