Hi HealthyStarfish45
- is there an advantage in using tensorboard over your reporting?
Not unless your code already uses TB or has some built in TB loggers.
html reporting looks powerfull, can one inject some javascript inside?
As long as the JS is self contained in the html script, anything goes :)
AgitatedDove14 thanks for the additional information:
yes, the report_image problem was resolved after I reordered dimensions in the tensor. is there an advantage in using tensorboard over your reporting? html reporting looks powerfull, can one inject some javascript inside?
FYI: These days TB became the standard even for pytorch (being a stand alone package), you can actually import it from torch.
There is an example here:
https://github.com/allegroai/trains/blob/master/examples/frameworks/pytorch/pytorch_tensorboard.py
HealthyStarfish45 did you manage to solve the report_image issue ?
BTW: you also have
https://github.com/allegroai/trains/blob/master/examples/reporting/html_reporting.py
https://github.com/allegroai/trains/blob/master/examples/reporting/media_reporting.py
AgitatedDove14 FYI: I am using pytorch
there was a problem with index order when converting from pytorch tensor to numpy array
HealthyStarfish45 I'm assuming you are sending numpy to report_image (which makes sense) if you want to debug it, you can also test tensorboard add_image or matplotlib imshow. both will send debug images

ok, there is probably a problem on my side, because when I ran the sample code from the repo it works, sorry to bother you
since I am using the demo server, I should make sure that in the configuration file the images will be uploaded to the appropriate server, right? Can you please point me to the proper line in the config file?
the images do not show up in debug_samples. How can I check what is wrong?
