In order to use the WebApp, you must install Trains-Server.
Luckily, Trains-Server supports windows as well 🙂

Ah... You can always run a Linux virtual machine on windows and install it there (for example using https://www.virtualbox.org/ )

thanks SuccessfulKoala55 , the question arose after trying to follow the instructions you attached. it seems that installing a docker on windows 10 Home is somewhat problematic
