Hello, I Have A Non Technical Question About This Community. Why Have You Decided To Use

Hello,
I have a non technical question about this community.
Why have you decided to use Slack for communication and gathering community? Why not use something decent, searchable and indexed by search engines?
Messages in Slack are difficult to navigate, there are no tags, just a huge conversation. It's content is not visible for people not registered here and messages older than 90 days are deleted. This makes slack a terrible tool for long-term tool for supporting your community. Even Discord would be better (since when they introduced forum channels None )
If you don't want to host anything, then you can just enable discussions on your github repo and that also would be fine.

I for one prefer Slack over Discord, so no complaints here.

@<1523701205467926528:profile|AgitatedDove14> looks like your faq.clear.ml site is missing from your main sites sitemap files, so might be good to add that in there and trigger a reindex in Google Search Console. Also missing the robots meta tag on that site, but it's not as important as the robots.txt file, which looks correct. Last tip is to add a link on the faq.clear.ml site back to clear.ml for search index relevancy ( connects the two sites as being related in content )

Hi @<1572395181150310400:profile|DeterminedHare56>
Yes Slack is not the best for knowledge sharing, but it is the easiest for users to communicate over, and it is the easiest to setup and scale.
Specifically you can find historical log of the Slack channel here: None
Which we hoped google will index, but seems like this is still not working as expected, if you have any inputs it will be great to improve it

Specifically you can find historical log of the Slack channel here:

I was not aware of this website. Maybe because it was not indexed (and not visible from your main website).

Ya . I don't see any links on the FAQ site pointing back to your main . SEO wise that'd help with relevancy .
