The ClearML Session VS Code extension is live! 🎉 🎉

If you start a ClearML session using the clearml-session CLI tool, this will display it and help you connect in one click.

In the spirit of "release early, release often" I've published this to VS Code, but it's got some rough edges. If you stray off of "the happy path", e.g. there's fairly little error handling, etc.
