  • Who retains ownership of any data/models/etc. uploaded?
  • Who has access to any data/models/etc. uploaded?

Please see None (and specifically None Section 7).
Since all access is done using HTTPS, data is encrypted in transit, and specifically credentials are encrypted on the server.
