try to break it into parts and understand what produces the error
for example:
increase(test12_model_custom:Glucose_bucket[1m])
increase(test12_model_custom:Glucose_sum[1m])
increase(test12_model_custom:Glucose_bucket[1m])/increase(test12_model_custom:Glucose_sum[1m])
