But i think in general, the owner should be able to delegate the ownership.
any commercial system that i used so far had this

he sent email to support and we got response that it will be handled by devops.

@<1894195589248192512:profile|ClearElephant51> - It looks like we weren't able to fully complete the change as when we went to update the email address in Paddle it showed that the account had been cancelled.
