Please try specifying the file itself explicitly
Can you try deleting the cache folder? It should be somewhere around ~/.clearml

I can't seem to reproduce. The steps I try as follows:

Enough scalar graphs to have a scroll bar
Click on the eye to make some graphs disappear, they disappear but no empty spaces are shown. Can you maybe add a screenshot?
You can add env variables to your tasks in the container section of the task
Also with delete_external_files=False
Is it possible that the credentials are used somewhere as environment variables?
