For example, we want to access ClearML server get all newly Published experiments, from that, we can get all other information like artifacts’ paths, configuration, info, results, etc.

Sure, you can do that using the server REST API, and you even don't have to code low-level HTTP requests code to do that - you can use the APIClient which exposes all the REST API calls as python methods, for example:
` from clearml.backend_api.session.client import APIClient

client = APIClient()

tasks = client.tasks.get_all(status="published", last_update=">=2021-12-16T00:00:00") `Or similar 🙂
