Sure, you can do that using the server REST API, and you even don't have to code low-level HTTP requests code to do that - you can use the APIClient which exposes all the REST API calls as python methods, for example:
` from clearml.backend_api.session.client import APIClient

client = APIClient()

tasks = client.tasks.get_all(status="published", last_update=">=2021-12-16T00:00:00") `Or similar 🙂
