Silly Question Alert...... Really Simple One To Start With. If I Have The More Or Less The Default Settings For A

Silly question alert......
Really simple one to start with.

If I have the more or less the default settings for a clearml-agent on a compute node, so therefore using PIP as the package installer and executing with the command clearml-agent daemon --queue GPU_CU111 then am I correct in thinking that this executes a python environment in a virtual environment on the compute node, when a task is pushed to that queue?

It is not running docker mode? Or has anything to do with the base docker image specification in the clearml.conf on the compute node?

Hi VivaciousPenguin66 , you are correct - if you do not specify --docker , the agent will run tasks in a Python virtual environment and will ignore any base docker image specification in the clearml.conf file or in the task itself
