Hi again, is there a way to pass secrets as parameters of a task?
I have an experiment that requires connecting to a database, and I need to be able to pass the creds as task params (or in another way, I don't know yet).
But I don't want to expose my creds in the UI. Is there already a feature for this use-case?

I'm sorry JitteryCoyote63 No 😞
I do know that the enterprise addition have these features (a.k.a vault & permissions), basically to answer these types of situations.

How we resolved this issue is by developing a package to deal with the connecting and querying to databases. This package is then used inside the task for pulling the data from the data warehouse. There is a devops component here for authorising access to the relevant secret (we used SecretsManager on AWS). The clearml-agent instances are launched with role permissions which allow access to the relevant secrets. Hope that is helpful to you

Thanks for your input TenseOstrich47 , I was considering using a secret manager now, I guess that's the best option. I can move the secrets wherever I need them to be to make it work 🙂
