From my experience, it's caused by the errors of elasticsearch, which requires 1000:1000 permission of /opt/clearml/data/elastic_7. Just try "docker ps" to check if the elasticsearch is running correctly.
Sounds like a cookie issue. Try deleting cookies and reloading...
