Hey guys, it seems there is something really off about how trains-agent reproduces requirements. It seems it just completely ignored my list of requirements and installed whichever versions it wanted. My requirements states clearly tensorflow-gpu==1.14.0, and it installed tensorflow 2.3.1, wtf?

I'm assuming TF was not part of the original requirements, and was automatically pulled by one of the packages, hence the latest version ....
