Hmm that is a good question, are you mounting the clearml.conf somehow ?

I tried :

clearml:
  clearmlConfig: |-
    agent {
      docker_init_bash_script = [
        "echo 'testing....'"
      ]
    }

with no luck... it still seemed to use the default startup script.
