get the data into the bucket and then create the Dataset using the add_external_file and then be able to consume the data locally or stream And then I can use - link_entries

How can I get the remote URI of a Dataset (assuming it is GS or S3).
Do I need to combine the get_default_storage() with something?
Since some datasets are large - I may prefer to work directly with the bucket (to stream some of the data) - without running .get_local_copy()
