Try setting the following environment envs:
%env CLEARML_WEB_HOST= %env CLEARML_API_HOST= %env CLEARML_FILES_HOST= %env CLEARML_API_ACCESS_KEY=... %env CLEARML_API_SECRET_KEY=...and try removing the clearml.conf file 🙂
