Q: In The Managed Solutions, Do Customers Have Direct Access To The Databases (Es, Mongo, Redis), Or At Least An Ability To Export Once In A While?

IcyJellyfish61 , if I'm not mistaken, direct access to databases is available only on VPC / On-Prem deployments. Regarding exports - I think it depends on your SLA 🙂
