Hi ScrawnyLion96 - this turns out to be a helm-chart issue - it seems we forgot to update the image tags for the new webapp and fileserver - it will be fixed shortly!

I need to evaluate a better way to handle image versioning for the future, btw latest version should be fixed. Apologies folks!
