what do you mean by that?
This is an odd error, could it be conda is not installed in the container (or in the Path) ?
Are you trying with the latest RC?

With pip I get the first error I showed, I tried conda and it starts running but at some point crashes with:clearml_agent: ERROR: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'lower'

Can you test with the latest clearml-agent RC (I remember a fix just for that)pip install clearml-agent==1.2.0rc0
It is the latest RC, I get the following:
