usually though, genearlly speaking, a tools ethics and legality are set by the business side - not really something software would enforce on you. I hope I understand your question.

I thought it would be convenient to have a workflow that simply obtains ethical approval.
However, I changed my mind that it would be more appropriate to use another workflow tool to create such a workflow.
