Hi CrabbyParrot75 , this is because you are still above the usage limit. I suggest deleting more experiments, especially those with a lot of metrics/logs.

Another option is upgrading to PRO, you will get 20% more storage for free and you won't be blocked once you reach that limit, only pay for the extra usage.

I also checked with the guys and it looks like your email was filtered into spam for some reason. They'll look deeper into it to avoid emails being moved to spam.
