You can configure this in your ~/clearml.conf file.

The configurations are:
api.files_server: <S3_PATH>
sdk.development.default_output_uri: <S3_PATH>

Please note that you will need to also add your s3 credentials to ~/clearml.conf under sdk.aws.s3.credentials
